Understanding the cost of care is important. At Blue River Counseling and Wellness, we try to make this process as transparent as possible. Please take a look at the information for probable costs. However, your actual costs may differ from the below details depending on your individual situation.

We courtesy bill the following insurance plans for clients wanting to use insurance benefits towards the cost of their counseling services. We will courtesy bill each visit for the following plans for fully licensed clinicians :

Self Pay
If we are out of network for your plan, we can provide you a "superbill" for services rendered, which you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. If you choose not to use your insurance plan or do not have insurance, we will provide a discounted rate for services rendered. Please contact our clinic to discuss the reduced self-pay rate.

All self-pay services are due in full at the time of service. Payment plans are available for the PREPARE/ENRICH package.
