Understanding the cost of care is important. At Blue River Counseling and Wellness, we try to make this process as transparent as possible. Please take a look at the information for probable costs. However, your actual costs may differ from the below details depending on your individual situation.

We courtesy bill the following insurance plans for clients wanting to use insurance benefits towards the cost of their counseling services.

Self Pay

If we are out of network for your plan, we can provide you a "superbill" for services rendered, which you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. If you choose not to use your insurance plan or do not have insurance, we will provide a discounted rate for services rendered. Please contact our clinic to discuss the reduced self-pay rate.

Neuropsychological Assessments

While Blue River Counseling & Wellness does accept insurance, some insurance covers little to none of the cost of neuropsychological evaluations. While we can attempt to get a verification of benefits and even issue a prior authorization, there is no guarantee that insurance will cover the balance. For this reason, it is important to be aware that you would still be responsible for the remaining bill.

 

ADHD Assessment & Summary Letter- $1500

ADHD Assessment & Full Diagnostic Report- $2000

Autism & ADHD Assessment & Summary Letter- $2500

​Autism & ADHD Assessment & Full Diagnostic Report- $3000

​Additional 30 minutes: $125

​

Occasionally, testing takes longer than anticipated. If additional time is needed, the cost for the additional time will be discussed with you prior to being charged.

For self-pay clients, 50% of the balance is due before the first appointment, with the remaining 50% to be paid prior to report and review appointment.

Clinical Supervision  - $135/hour

Professional Consultation - $135/hour

Therapy Intensives

        3 Hours - $600

        6 Hours - $1250
