Therapy Intensives
Have you tried weekly therapy and found that it just wasn’t getting you the results you had hoped for? While weekly talk therapy can offer strategies for coping, better symptom management, and improvement in well-being, there is often not enough time to work on trauma resolution, even when methods like EMDR or brainspotting are used. With our intensive trauma therapy model, healing work does not need to take months or years; depending on your situation, it can often be done more quickly and with more resolution of symptoms.
Using Robin Shapiro, Dr. Laura Parnell, Dr. Linda Gantt, and Dr. Janina Fisher’s trauma therapy models, each therapy intensive will be geared towards meeting each individual's specific needs and profiles. Therapy intensives can range from as short as 4 hours to as long as 10 days. All options for trauma therapy intensives

A Therapy intensive session can range from 3 hours or a half-day at the shortest, to 6 hours or a full day, and can extend up to a full 5-day week of 6-hour sessions each day.
Each hour of Intensive therapy should be calculated at worth 2+ hours of weekly therapy.
Why Intesives?
Therapy Intensives cost more per hour, but have a high potential of saving money in the long run while delivering results faster by eliminating time between sessions in which triggers and life events may occur and disrupt progress.
